Every property submitted to Echohastro goes through a four-stage verification process before it appears on this page. First, we conduct a physical site inspection to confirm boundaries, access, and structural condition. Second, we run a title deed search at the Garissa lands registry to confirm ownership and identify any registered charges or cautions. Third, we request supporting documentation — rates clearance certificates, survey maps, and mutation records where applicable. Fourth, we benchmark the asking price against at least three comparable recent transactions in the same zone. Only after all four stages are complete does a property enter our active listings. This rigour protects our clients from the title disputes and overpriced acquisitions that remain common in this market.
